Concept: DITC Portal & Portal Administration

The Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) Portal is the secure web portal used by financial institutions to register, maintain organization information, and submit CRS and FATCA returns. It supports XML submissions, Nil Returns, and bulk uploads.

Every registered entity must have a designated Principal Point of Contact (PPoC) who is responsible for portal actions and user access.

Bulk Upload Templates

For the CRS Compliance Form, the DITC provides specialized XML and CSV templates to allow bulk uploads for institutions with large numbers of reportable accounts. Explanatory notes detail error handling and validation processes.
